    Coding is a medium with which we interact with a computer. It is like any verbally spoken language - English, Hindi etc.

    If we want to write English, Hindi, or any other language, we will need to abide by a certain set of rules. Similarly, when we use a programming language - such as Python, Javascript, etc., we need to abide by certain rules as well.

    English and Hind are two different languages, but they serve the same purpose - interaction among humans. In the field of coding or programming, we have different languages as well - like Python, Javascript, etc. And just like Hindi or English, they serve the purpose of interaction - albeit with a computer.
  • addWhat programming languages do you teach in this course?
    In Coding for Kids we teach Python and Javascript. We also use Blockly.

    Blockly is a tool that is built using Javascript. It helps newcomers to learn the basics of programming.

    With newcomers, we start with Blockly and gradually move to Python and Javascript.

    Coding for Kids is a course that enhances problem-solving skills. It equips the children to perform better in all walks of their life.

    If they have well-groomed problem-solving skills, they will perform better in academics as well as their other hobbies and passions.

  • addAre there any minimum requirements to enroll in Coding for Kids?
    We conduct 1:1 classes in Coding for Kids. The classes take place over the World Wide Web, or, Internet, as we all know it. So, a few requirements are:
    1. A High-Speed Internet Connection
    2. A Laptop/Desktop Computer
    3. A Webcam (Most laptops have in-built webcams)
  • addDo you have classroom courses as well?
    As of now, we don't. Coding for Kids is an online course. The classes are available online only.
  • addMy child is quite young. Will he/she be able to understand the concepts?
    Learning to code is like learning a new language. In a lot of ways, it is similar to learning a language like English or Hindi.

    Kids start to learn languages (such as English, Hindi, etc.) at an early age. In a lot of cases, they start to speak the native language without prior instructions.
